  • The cloud consumption cost (as per actuals)
  • The management fee (which will be equal to 20% of the cloud consumption cost)
  • The monthly retention fee (depending on the package opted for by the customer); this fee provides a fixed number of support hours to be consumed within the month of allocation.
  • Cost of Office Licenses and other supporting licenses.
